La-Tisha Pirtle

La-Tisha Pirtle graduated from Warren Central High School and was a stand out student at Indiana University where she earned her Bachelor's Degree in Non-Profit Management. While in Bloomington, La-Tisha was honored as Student Employee of the Year for her work with the FASE Peer Mentoring and Leadership Development program. She was also awarded for her role as a Marketing Coordinator for the Force Support Squadron at Ramstein AFB, Germany.

In 2014, she founded MonaVation General Contractors which she has led to become one of the top MWBE builders in the state. She's been featured in several media outlets and publications for her work in the construction industry. La-Tisha also leads the firm's cleaning and real estate activities as operational lead of both MaidMe Cleaning Professionals and Enthrall Capital Investments.
